BUILDING
Nõmme 328a is like a cozy and private boutique house, where there are only a total of 38 homes in a two-part building. The part previously located at Pärnu mnt 328a was completely demolished, and in its place, a new impressive building section was erected. The intermediate floors are made of prefabricated hollow panels.

The apartments in the new building section have water underfloor heating. Apartment-based ventilation with heat recovery ensures good air exchange in apartments.

The building is connected to the water and sewage network of Tallinn city, with readings transmitted remotely. The apartments have soundproof wooden-aluminum profile windows. The selection of interior doors includes both panel doors and smooth doors with horizontal veneer. The exterior doors of the apartments and the main entrance door of the building are wooden.

The apartments are built on the principles of a "Smart Home," meaning that access, monitoring of various readings, and climate control are managed through both an in-apartment monitor and the internet.
