HISTORY OF THE BUILDING
The building is located on the territory of the Tallinn Old Town Heritage Conservation Area. The current situation of the building mainly dates from the 18th century.
The exact year of construction is not known, but based on archive materials, it can be concluded that part of the building was built before the great Toompea fire of 1684.
In 1747, the property belonged to the elder of the cobblers' tsunft.
